Customer Success Specialist responsible for successful delivery of the core commitments to its customers. (Office or Remote)

The company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist responsible for successful delivery of the core commitments to its customers. The company offers flexible working arrangements (in office or remote). Salary depending on experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and maintain active customer job posting accounts in various state workforce websites

Coordinate with job posting staff and ensure timely and accurate customer job postings on state workforce websites

Reach and liaise with state workforce staff to solve customer job posting account and job posting related issues

Respond to customer questions related to account service, OFCCP audits, and ad-hoc report requests

Perform any other customer service or administrative needs for the business as and when required

Develop solid understanding of affirmative action and OFCCP compliance regulations and maintain service checklist

QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES:

•             Outstanding phone and email communication skills to interact with senior HR executives

•             Strong computer and internet skill to navigate job board websites to post jobs accurately

•             Goal oriented, enthusiastic, self-motivated with ability to work independently with little supervision

•             Minimum High School degree, College degree preferred. College Junior/Seniors will be considered

•             Customer service experience in a technology or internet company
